Trabajuan will use your personal information solely for account creation, verification, and matching job opportunities.

Trabajuan may require you to submit a valid government-issued ID or any other form of identification for account verification and compliance.
All submitted IDs will be securely stored and processed in compliance with applicable data privacy laws.
Users are responsible for ensuring the authenticity of their submitted IDs. Any fraudulent submissions may lead to legal action and account termination.

Trabajuan connects job seekers and employers via JOBSKONEK and SOURCEKONEK. The platform acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the outcome of job engagements.
Users agree to use the services provided by Trabajuan in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.
Misuse of the platform, such as spamming, harassment, or illegal activities, will result in immediate account suspension.

Trabajuan is committed to safeguarding your personal data. All data collected will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for payment and verification purposes.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Trabajuan will not be liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

JOBSKONEK and SOURCEKONEK require users to purchase credits or pay fees for job applications or job postings.
All payments must be made via the authorized API provided by Trabajuan.
Fees are non-refundable except in cases of system error or as mandated by applicable laws.
Trabajuan is not responsible for payment disputes arising from third-party payment providers.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Philippines/Region III.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Philippines/Region III.

By using Trabajuan, you agree to abide by these terms and acknowledge that the platform is a facilitator, not an employer or agency.
Users must act professionally, ethically, and respectfully while interacting on the platform.

Employers are responsible for providing accurate job descriptions and complying with employment laws.
Job seekers are responsible for performing due diligence before accepting any job offers.
Trabajuan does not guarantee the success of job matches or the performance of job seekers or employers.

Any API provided by Trabajuan is to be used solely for authorized payment transactions and integrations.
Unauthorized use or abuse of the API, including tampering, reverse engineering, or excessive requests, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Trabajuan reserves the right to suspend or revoke API access at its sole discretion.
